Meet Our Founder & Executive Director
Our center is led by a highly credentialed early childhood education expert with over 28 continuous years of hands-on experience in South Carolina child care centers.
Our Director holds an impressive academic foundation dedicated entirely to child development, curriculum execution, and management:
With a robust 10-year track record in childcare center management, our Director spent the past 4 consecutive years managing two high-volume corporate childcare centers right here in Columbia, SC. This extensive leadership experience brings elite operational standards, rigid safety protocols, and corporate-grade educational excellence directly to our local facility. Our Director's deep-rooted career also includes 10 years as a Lead Teacher with SC Head Start and 8 years serving within South Carolina disability and special needs children's centers, where her lifelong career originally began in April 1998.
Our High Hiring Standards
We enforce strict qualification standards for our educators. Every teacher candidate we recruit must hold specialized professional credentials in early care and education—such as a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, an Associate Degree, or a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Care and Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or a closely related field. Your child will always be guided by qualified, trained professionals.
